Layered security
The dog is a measure—not the whole defense.
Mark does not treat a K9 as a substitute for judgment, planning, people, technology, or physical security. The dog has a defined role inside a layered system. If that role is not clear, the recommendation is not ready.
Human judgment
The principal, family, handler, staff, and trusted security professionals need clear roles and sound decisions before any tool can work well.
Environment and systems
Property design, routines, access, procedures, communication, and technology shape both exposure and the job a K9 may responsibly perform.
K9 capability
A properly selected and integrated dog adds mobile presence, deterrence, awareness, and partnership where those capabilities genuinely strengthen the plan.
