How K9XFactor handles the small amount of information we receive when someone asks about protection.
K9XFactor is a California protection-dog company. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. It replaces the old WordPress privacy page at /privacy-policy-2.
Who we are
K9XFactor provides protection-dog programs for families, executives and estates, and selected organizations. The public website is k9xfactor.com. The first conversation is a private assessment by phone.
What we collect
The public site does not have an account system or an online form. If you call +1-408-K9X-1893, we hear whatever you choose to say about your situation so we can decide whether a conversation is a fit. If you email us, we receive that message and your email address.
The website is hosted on Vercel and the content is stored in Sanity. Those services keep ordinary technical logs (for example, the page requested and a general location derived from the network address) so the site can run and stay secure. We do not run a separate advertising-cookie or analytics product on this site.
How we use it
We use inquiry information only to respond, decide fit, and keep a private record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Vercel hosts the website. Sanity stores the published pages and articles. Phone service is through our telephone provider. We do not share inquiry details with marketing lists or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry notes only as long as they are useful for the conversation or a later engagement. Technical hosting logs follow those providers’ normal retention.

Children
This website is for adults considering a protection program. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
